Rapid Access Counselling (FRN) is all about having the right conversation at the right time. Our single session counselling program can support individuals, couples, and families with a 75 minute counselling appointment, often available within the week so you can get the support you need when you need it! Whether a current crisis, or an ongoing challenge we support clients of all ages, faiths, and backgrounds find tangible next steps through our goal-based and solution-focused approach to counselling. While our model is "single session" clients are welcome to book with us anytime that a change focused conversation could support them.
