Central Intake for Haliburton Highlands Health Services Community Support Services with a range of health and support services for people of all ages. Goal is to support each of our clients to maintain a safe, secure, independent and healthy quality of life in their home. Referrals will be assessed and forwarded to the most appropriate community support service.

Services offered include adult day programs, Meals on Wheels, transportation, home help (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance), caregiver support, grief support groups, emergency response (Lifeline), social recreation, exercise (e.g., walking groups, falls prevention), foot care, friendly visiting, diners clubs, etc.
