We offer both hot and frozen meals that are nutritious and affordable because we know that planning and preparing meals every day can sometimes be a challenge. Let us help! Best of all, our volunteers deliver right to your door! Meals are delivered Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 11:00 am – 12:00 pm by volunteers. Hot meals consist of a soup, a dinner roll, entrée and dessert. Hot meals are prepared fresh by the Community Training and Development Centre at The Mount.
