Counsellors are master-level, Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists from diverse educational and professional backgrounds. They use a brief, solution-focused Cognitive Behavioural approach- helping you gain the tools you need to overcome your challenges.

Counselling services may be free, subsidized, or fee-for-service based on a number of factors.
