You will begin a program specifically tailored to you and your needs and we will help you care for and manage your physical challenges.

Individualized treatments may include, but are not limited to, both active and passive stretching, strengthening, manual therapy, massage, acupuncture, the use of modalities which may include ultrasound, interferential current, heat and cold therapy, and our newest addition to treatment, phototherapy (light therapy), and finally exercise prescription aimed at both treatment and prevention.
