Description:

Quick access to brief counselling, by the LGBT2SQ+ community, for the LGBT2SQ+ community. Our counsellors are trained professionals with experience offering affirming services to LGBT2SQ+ people. We help people to fully self-express and feel included. Our counselling team can also help make connections to LGBT2SQ+ community groups and resources, gender transition services, and additional counselling and support services if needed. LGBT2SQ+ community. Community includes: People who are questionning, families, friends, and individuals in relationships with LGBTQ2S+ people

Get help with:
-Coming out to self, family, school, workplace and faith community
-Exploring and affirming gender identity and gender expression
-Responding to bullying, discrimination, rejection
-Relationships, dating and sexuality
-Building resilience in face of discrimination, homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, racism
-Supporting a LGBT2SQ+ friend or family member
