We are happy to provide free counselling for children, youth, parents and caregivers. Sessions are one hour each and supported by a friendly, knowledgeable counsellor that will provide techniques such as play, art and sand therapy to make the sessions fun and engaging. There is an option for phone, virtual Zoom sessions and in-person sessions for ease of access. We look forward to seeing you soon and want to you know that we are here and ready to help.
