Women are the intended audience for this group. This program is delivered over 14 weeks with one session a week. The aim of this program is to provide women who have experienced domestic violence with support on their journey to healing. Women partake in the process of learning and understanding the implications of domestic violence in a peer setting. Topics include effects of trauma, mindfulness, boundaries, support systems, empathy and resiliency. This service is free of cost.
