Provides a variety of programs and services to residents through 20 partner organizations, known as the Weston Mount Dennis Service Providers’ Network (SPN).

On any given day, residents can come to the Hub to support and improve their quality of life such as: meet with a dietitian/nurse, attend a physical activity class for seniors, make a healthy meal together, use computers or attend a computer class, join in programs that support mental health and recovery, connect with other residents through social activities, attend the Sewing and Alteration Hub, children and youth attend the hub after school to connect with their peers, do homework and various activities etc.

The Hub, and the SPN connects people to programs and services across organizations.
