Description:

The RAAM Clinic is for those struggling with Opioid Use and or Alcohol Use. For Opioid use, the treatment prescribed is Suboxone, or Sublocade Injections. For Alcohol use, anti-craving medications can be presecribed such as Naltrexone. These medications are proven to be highly successful. The Clinic is supported by a full time Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Addiction Medicine. The OCCHC offers a full range of other wraparound services for clients of the RAAM, including Outreach Workers, Housing Stability Workers, & Dietitian who will explore your goals and a care plan together.



Drop in Mondays 9-11 and Tuesdays 1-3 for intake. The RAAM is a Walk-In Model for initial contact, then appointments for ongoing treatment. There is no waitlist.
