Description:
This clinic is for booking staff COVID-19 vaccinations for front line and support workers withing the OICH partnership community. Booking times are approximate and may be called sooner for yor dose. Note that you will need at least 15 minutes after your vaccine for observation before returning to duties.

Criteria:
- You work for OICH or partner organization front line or support staff
- You currently do not have any COVID-19 symptoms or known exposure to COVID-19 and suspect you may have COVID
- You have read the vaccine info sheet and have, if deemed necessary been cleared for the vaccine by an allied health professional
