Description:
The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program provides publicly funded evidence-based, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and related approaches to Ontarians with depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related conditions. OSP includes CBT-based services ranging from self-administered strategies (like BounceBack with support from a coach or therapist) to weekly, one-on-one or group therapy, using a stepped care approach.
Interpretation can be provided for all languages.

Criteria:
Client does not meet any of the below criteria:
- Patient is actively suicidal and with impaired coping skills and/or has attempted suicide in the past 6 months.
- Patient poses a high risk to themselves, risk to others, or is at a significant risk of self-neglect.
- Patient has symptoms of acute mania, active psychosis.
- Patient has a diagnosis of a severe/complex personality disorder.
- Patient has moderate to severe impairment in cognitive function (e.g. dementia) or moderate/severe impairment due to a developmental disability of learning disability.
- Patient’s problematic use of substances impacts their ability to actively participate in CBT.
- Patient has a moderate to severe eating disorder.
