These supports include Personal Care, Grooming, Showers, Help with routine housekeeping, Medication reminders, Friendly calls, Assistance with exercises, Grocery shopping, Meal Preparation, Support arranging transportation, Support with errands, Support with appointments (foot clinic, medical, dental, grocery shopping), and Socialization.
