Offers a Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD Rehab Program) and a Falls Prevention Program.
The COPD program focuses on working with clients to maintain and or increase their ability to do the things they need to do in their day to day life and gives them the tools to self manage their disease. Exercise and education programs are available in a group or one on one setting.
The Falls Prevention Program consists of home safety assessments and recommendations to allow clients to remain independent and safe in their own homes.
