This service provides pick-up and drop-off transportation services only; it is not intended to provide medical care/assistance. The Aging at Home Van may be used for: medical appointments, daily living activities (banking, grocery shopping), traditional gatherings & social/community events.
Transportation is provided for individuals residing on Manitoulin Island but the service includes appointments in the Sudbury area.

*Note: This van does not have a special lift for wheelchairs.
