Description:

8 week program - 2.5 hr sessions once a week. Includes education by Rheumatologist, Pharmacist, Dietitian, Physiotherapist and Social Workers. Designed to help patients self-manage their fibromyalgia.



Patient's are unable to join after program has started and are strongly encouraged to attend all sessions.



Sessions are also provided at Minto-Mapleton Family Health Team, contact their office at 519-638-2110 for details.
