Registration

All patients requiring bloodwork need to register in the admitting department prior to attending the laboratory.
Requisitions

If your health care provider has given you a requisition for testing you must bring it with you or upload in the form.
Special Considerations

Overnight Fasting Required for the following:
· Glucose Fasting
· Glucose Tolerance Test GTT/75 GTT/OGT
Note: 50g Glucose for Gestational Diabetes no fasting required
· Lipid/ Cholesterol Profile (we also offer non-fasting lipid profile)
· C-peptide
· Growth Hormone GH
· Bile Acids

Cortisol AM: Book at 8 AM only

Flow Cytometry (CD4/CD8): Book before 9 AM for Little Current and before 08:20 Mindemoya

HLA B27: Monday to Wednesday before 9 AM for Little Current and before 08:20 Mindemoya
