This building is also located in close proximity to the down town core where so many activities and amenities in this "gateway to the Island " town can be found.
Little Current Place Non Profit Housing is a provider of affordable housing for seniors aged 65 plus. The 16 unit building features ground floor housing units and provides their residents with ease of access to the outside as well as to all amenities located within the building. This building is also home to specially modified units for the physically challenged. Special features include on site property management, ample tenant parking, a common room and laundry facilities.
- At least one person of your household must be 16 years of age, or older and able to live independently.
- Each member of your household must be a Canadian Citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or have Refugee Claimant Status (copy of appropriate document must be attached).
- You do not owe rent to any federally, provincially or municipally funded housing provider. If so, you must provide proof that you have made reasonable efforts to enter into an agreement with the provider to whom you owe arrears.
