Located less than 10 minutes off the Trans Canada highway, the St. Charles building is located on a very picturesque site nestled in amongst a growth of mature trees and rock outcroppings. This Adult building features a controlled access system, parking, laundry facilities and is very close to shopping, banking and Town Hall. The building is a two story walk up with 23 apartments. Ground floor units have patios and all second floor apartments have their own balconies. A common room is available for residents.

Eligibility Criteria
Criteria:
- At least one person of your household must be 16 years of age, or older and able to live independently
- Each member of your household must be a Canadian Citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or have Refugee Claimant Status (copy of appropriate document must be attached).
- You do not owe rent to any federally, provincially or municipally funded housing provider. If so, you must provide proof that you have made reasonable efforts to enter into an agreement with the provider to whom you owe arrears.
- If you own property, you will be required to provide information about it.
