Each group lasts 8 weeks and run weekly. Groups will run throughout the year, with a 1-2 week gap in between. All groups are in-person (with the exception of the SMART Recovery session on Wednesdays). Clients can sign up for one group or several.

1-1 addictions counselling
Addictions counselling is a crucial aspect of substance use recovery. Clients will work one on one with their addictions counsellor to create goals related addressing their substance use. This is an up to 4 session model with the goal of transitioning into groups for substance use health.

This is the most intensive Day Evening Treatment group, suitable for those who are serious about making changes to their substance use. Group runs three times per week for 8 weeks, for a total of 24 sessions.
This group utilizes motivational interviewing techniques to elicit change talk from participants while encouraging them to share with and learn from one another to build up resilience and strength.
Coping with Trauma

Coping with Trauma is an 8-session group designed for individuals seeking to manage the impact of trauma on their daily lives, particularly in the context of substance use.
This psychoeducational, skills-based, and interactive group will focus on teaching participants coping skills and strategies to handle trauma-related challenges without relying on substances. This group does not involve trauma processing or discussion of specifics of traumatic events.
CBT for Anxiety and Depression
