Service Details
Description:

The premise behind Priority Population is that these three populations are more vulnerable and at risk of falling through the cracks of the system, because it’s not designed for them. So they require extra support and effort to increase the chances of them being successfully connected to services. This program is not suitable for all youth, and instead High Risk Youth. There is no specific program length and staff will work with the client until they are properly connected to appropriate services.
