Description:
Transportation is provided for medical appointments, employment, shopping, visiting, social activities, school therapy meetings, etc.
Transportation requests should be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

Criteria:
Must meet at least ONE of the following criteria:
- 65 years of age or older (proof of age required)
- CNIB registrant (proof of registration required)
- Physically disabled
- Developmentally disabled
- Have a temporary disability that affects mobility
