Through this service you will receive regular telephone calls to confirm your wellbeing, or the wellbeing of a family member. These calls help to ensure safety, and reduce isolation. Knowledgeable staff and volunteers can help recommend and initiate other services to support individuals to stay well at home/in the community as needed.
