Arches Supportive Employment Services helps individuals with mental health and substance-use barriers find and maintain meaningful employment, volunteer, and educational opportunities, as part of a holistic recovery journey. Services are tailored to each individual’s needs and can include education and career exploration, mentorship, goal setting, access to employment training and financial planning, job search and application, writing resumes and cover letters, interview preparation, advocacy for the jobseeker to employers, on-the-job support, and assistance moving towards upward career mobility.
