Provides a 10 – 15 minute conversation to provide the therapist with a brief overview of your reasons for seeking therapy and your therapeutic goals. The phone consultation is not mandatory.

During your first session the registrant and the therapist will create a therapeutic plan. This plan will be based on the registrant's life history, reasons for seeking therapy, and therapeutic goals.
