Hospice Wellington's Psychosocial Spiritual Coordinator is available to support the psychosocial and spiritual needs of residents and families at Hospice Wellington using a client-centred approach that integrates evidenced-informed practice and consideration of a resident and family's spiritual well-being into all areas of practice.
