Service Details

Description:

One-to-One in-person and phone support is available with a trained volunteer companion. Mutually agreeable session dates, times, and frequency are arranged between the client and volunteer.

All Hospice Wellington services are provided at no cost to our clients.

Eligibility Criteria

Criteria:

Available to palliative care clients, caregiver clients, and bereavement clients registered with Hospice Wellington's Community Services.
