Description:
Provides support in our 3 bed hospice residence with 24/7 clinical care for those in the last month of life. It is an alternative to hospital admissions. Accommodations available on site at no charge for family as well. Admission is based on who is most appropriate for the bed at the time the bed is available.

Criteria:
- Is in the final stages of life - approx one month
- Is a resident of Ontario.
- Has a valid Ontario health card number in their own name.
