Offers drop-in and other programs for quick and timely access to a broad range of supports. Includes mental health & addictions services, peer support, primary care, sexual health and trans positive health care,
care coordination, employment & vocational supports, income supports, housing help and other responsive services as needs arise.


Call or text to register for drop-in or to let us know if you need transportation. The late bus is available to HHSS students Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30 from the Hub. It travels to West Guilford, Carnarvon and Minden. Transportation is available to the east end of the county on Tuesday’s at 5:30. Space is limited so please call to book your spot.
