Description:
Provides client-centered programming to support the social, cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being of participants. Daily programming includes ability-based exercise, group activities, and a hot lunch. Both integrated and dementia-specific programs are available. Each program is staffed by a Recreational Therapist and a Personal Support Worker.

Criteria:
Client must have at least one of the following: a physical disability, Aphasia, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, or a related dementia.
