Service Details
Description:
Attendant Outreach provides pre-scheduled attendant services to individuals who live in their own homes in the community. Services are scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and midnight, seven days a week. Attendant Outreach does not provide on-call services.

Cost to Client:
This program is funded by the Waterloo Wellington Home And Community Care Support Services. There is no cost to the participant to receive the service.

Criteria:
Clients must require some element of personal care assistance (ie shower/bathing), requiring a maximum of 1.5 hours of care per day. Clients must be able to live independently and direct their own care.
