We prioritize individuals without private insurance and those living with limited resources. Counselling sessions are culturally centered and affirming, and address issues and concerns such as: anxiety and depression, grief and loss, anger management, intergenerational, family and peer relationship distress, self-esteem, racial trauma, oppression and microaggression, chronic pain and/or chronic illness, burnout, migration and displacement and life transitions. Our services are provided through a By Us, For Us lens. Our counsellors understand the familial, cultural, and societal realities that impact our emotional & physical unwellness. We will also utilize interpretation services when needed (interpretation services available in 170+ languages).
