Description:
Adult Day Program provides social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with dementia, stroke, Parkinson's disease, and socially isolated people in a group setting for part of the day. ADP helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care. VON can assist with transportation for a fee
