Join one or both of these weekly exercise classes.



Qigong - Done standing, a series of slow methodical movements to increase balance and strength. Reduces stress, and boost your brain health. Excellent for body, mind, and spirit.



Chair Yoga - A seated series of core strength and flexibility exercises to increase or maintain your range of motion, and strength. Yoga is an excellent practice for reducing stress, alleviating pain, and building fitness gently and safely.
