Description:

The FREE Accessible Drive-to-Vaccines Program provides rides to vaccination sites for people who have:
- A vaccine appointment booked for the date they are requesting transportation; 
- A disability, including seniors with mobility, vision, or hearing impairment; and
- Limited or no access to safe and accessible transportation or face barriers to getting to/from a COVID-19 vaccine appointment.
