Connects unpaid family caregivers with free resources and support, including the BC Caregiver Support Line, in-person and virtual support groups, caregiver coaching, and educational programs. Services are available at no cost to caregivers and healthcare professionals anywhere in BC.

Offers personalized, ongoing support through:
- Completing a standardized intake to understand needs and circumstances.
- Co-creating action plans to meet wellness goals, with one-on-one follow-up as needs change.
- Connecting caregivers to FCBC programs and community resources that ease the physical, emotional, and financial strain of caregiving.
