Description:
Our team is comprised of therapists, social workers and registered psychotherapists. We provide up to 12 sessions of individual/couples/family therapy as well as various mental health and wellness group programs. We help clients address issues such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, relationship problems, grief, anger, life stressors and trauma, as well as many other concerns. The goals of treatment, duration, and modalities used are planned jointly by the client and therapist. Frequency of sessions are determined by client and therapist.

Criteria:
- Resident of Durham.
- Unable to pay for private therapy. No benefits from work.
- Not currently receiving the same care elsewhere.
- Mild/moderate mental health concerns.
- Not currently in crisis (admitting to a hospital mental health unit in last 3 months)
- Not experiencing more significant mental health issues (i.e. active psychosis)
- Has not been seeking therapy exceeding 12 sessions.
