"Our team is comprised of therapists and community mental health workers who provide services to children, youth, and their families up to their 25th
birthday. We provide up to 12 sessions of individual psychotherapy as well as various mental health and wellness group programs. We help clients address issues such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, experiencing bullying, school stressors, separation/divorce/blended family issues, grief, and trauma, as well as many other concerns. The goals of treatment, duration, and modalities used are planned jointly by the client and therapist. Frequency of sessions are generally every other week but can be discussed by client and therapist."
