Description:
DNSSAB’s HPP Program provides assistance to households experiencing homelessness and at-risk of homelessness by providing direct benefit support and Homelessness Prevention Navigator services.
If you are receiving assistance through Ontario Works or Ontario Disability Support Program, please contact your case manager who will assist you with your application.

Eligibility Criteria
Criteria:
- Be at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness
- Meet the income and asset limits
- Be moving to financially sustainable accommodations
- Use available last month’s rent from the current/previous address
- Be able to verify all of the eligibility requirements
- Not be seeking reimbursement
- Live in the District of Nipissing
- If already housed, be moving for employment or medical reasons
