Individual Counselling is an opportunity to sit one on one with a certified therapist to talk about the things that are important to you. Service can be short-term or longer term and is dependent on your goals. Our therapists employ a variety of research based therapeutic approaches to help deal with the issues that are brought to the counselling sessions.
