Description:
"Individual psychotherapy with CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Clients have access to between 12-15 sessions. Frequency is based on the need of the client and availability of the therapist.

Criteria:
If there is an history of psychosis, we do not accept the referral. We do not accept referral when substance use or addiction is main issue. GAIN SS can be used to determine this with the clinical cut off.
