Description:
Provides psychiatric services for seniors with a severe and / or persistent mental health concern. The programs offers treatment and the right supports to help older adults go back home or to a care setting.
The community program provides assessment, treatment and consultation.

Age 65 or over (or has psychogeriatric syndrome)
