Specialized geriatric program that helps adults aged 65 and older to be healthy and independent.

Services available:
- Individual assessment with a healthcare professional (Nurse Practitioner, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist & Mental Health Counselor) to assess memory and daily life functions (e.g., driving, mobility, medication management)
- Cognition Clinic with a physician specializing in Care of the Elderly
- Geriatric Day Hospital Group: 2 mornings a week for 7-8 weeks (for clients who can manage their own continence, medically stable enough to participate in an exercise program and require the services of at least two of our disciplines)
- Caregiver Information Sessions
