This service offers individualized strategies to understand and manage responsive behaviours, enhance quality of life, and help residents remain successfully supported in their current care setting. Behaviour support staff work directly with Long Term Care teams to implement person-centred plans, reduce triggers, and strengthen caregiver confidence through education and collaboration.
