Description:
Circle of Care has over 100 group exercise classes and over 40 falls prevention programs, offered at multiple locations across North York and South West York Region.
Led by occupational therapists, physiotherapy assistants, kinesiologists, and specially trained fitness experts, classes help participants increase mobility, relieve pain and reduce the risk of falls by building strength and improving balance.
