Description:
The Adult Day Program is a support program which provides supervised individual programming in a group setting for older adults, who may be physically frail, cognitively impaired and/or socially isolated, and to assist them to achieve and maintain their maximum level of functioning, to prevent premature and inappropriate institutionalization and to provide respite and information for caregivers.
