This staff led group is intended for individuals who are who are 55+, struggling with an unwanted behaviour, and interested in learning more about addiction and recovery.

It includes an introduction to key concepts relating to substance misuse, problem gambling, and addiction. Participants will have an opportunity to explore these concepts through group discussion, and reflect on how they relate to their own lives and to their goals for change.
