Description:
We accept adults with a diagnosed cognitive, medical, or psychological disability. Services provided include:
Nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks
Field trips to local restaurants and museums
Games which stimulate cognitive functioning
Safe movements and exercises
Skilled nursing, personal care, basic health screenings
Counseling and referrals

Cost to Client:
Grant from Adult and Disability Resource Center of Broward County (ADRC. Private pay – $7.00 per hour

60 yrs
Criteria:
- Frail Elderly person
- Has beginning to mile Alzheimer's
- Disabled adult
