Service Details

Description:

Eligibility for seniors 55 and up. Support is provided in the Tillsonburg community where the senior resides. Services are provided either in the apartment or individual home setting.

Program provides assistance with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living that support client in maintaining independent living in the community in their own home.

Free (Ontario Health West covers all costs)

Minimum Age: 55 yrs

Criteria:

Eligible Seniors (55+) will require minimal to moderate assistance for such tasks as homemaking or personal care.
