Description:
Discover how you can better manage osteoarthritis symptoms.
One 3-hour education session helps you to learn about the causes and symptoms of osteoarthritis, how exercise can help in managing the disease, and the types of joint-friendly activities you can try to help reduce your pain and joint stiffness. Each of these sessions is lead by health care professionals from the Arthritis Society and the Family Health Teams.
